Capabilities
Six types of OEM customization — available across our tire inflator and car vacuum cleaner lines.
Print your brand name or logo on the product housing. Options: pad printing, silk screen, laser engraving — confirmed at sample stage.
Full custom color box, retail-ready, gift box, or bulk neutral packaging. We support AI, PDF, CDR artwork files and provide dieline templates.
Select from available housing colors or request a custom color match. Available on selected tire inflator and vacuum models.
Localize or replace the standard manual with your version — language, layout, and compliance statements adapted to your target market.
Add, remove, or swap accessories in the box. Common requests: nozzle set changes, USB cable additions, carry pouch upgrades.
Combine multiple products into one SKU — e.g. tire inflator + vacuum combo. We handle packaging design and assembly.
OEM Workflow
Six steps. No unnecessary complexity. Most OEM projects start with a simple message describing your target market and rough quantity.
Step 1
Share your target market, product category, approximate quantity, and branding requirements. A rough outline is enough to start.
Step 2
We recommend the right base model. You review the spec sheet, confirm the product, and request a sample — standard or fully customized OEM.
Step 3
For custom packaging or branding, we review your artwork files, produce a mock-up, and confirm approval before production starts.
Step 4
Once specs, sample, and artwork are approved, we issue a formal quotation with pricing, lead time, and shipping options.
Step 5
We produce your order, run QC checks on the finished batch, and prepare export documentation.
Step 6
Delivery via sea freight, air freight, or express courier based on your timeline. Tracking and shipping documents provided after dispatch.
MOQ & Lead Times
All figures are estimates. Exact numbers depend on product model and customization level.

| Standard MOQ (no custom packaging) | 50–100 units per model |
| OEM MOQ (with branded packaging) | 200–500 units per model |
| Mixed-model orders | Supported — minimum per model applies |
| Standard sample lead time | 3–7 business days |
| Custom OEM sample lead time | 7–15 business days |
| Bulk production lead time | 20–35 days after sample approval |
| Sample cost | Applies; refundable against first bulk order |
QC Process
We do not ship without inspection. Our QC process runs at three stages: incoming, in-process, and pre-shipment.
Raw materials and components checked against spec before entering production. Defective or out-of-spec components are rejected at this stage.
Functional and safety checks during assembly — electrical testing, motor performance, pressure calibration, and suction verification.
Finished units sampled from the batch: appearance, function, packaging integrity, label accuracy, and accessory completeness. Results documented and available to buyers.
Buyer types
If you see your business model below, we are likely a good fit. Contact us with your requirements and we will confirm.
You need a product with your brand on it — not a generic white-label resell. We handle the logo, the packaging, and the specs so you can list a differentiated product.
You distribute auto accessories to retailers, workshops, or wholesale accounts. You need a reliable source with consistent quality and the ability to put your label on the product.
You want branded accessories for customer gifts or service packages. Custom-branded inflators and car vacuums carry your logo into your customers' daily lives.
You buy auto accessories for a chain of stores and need a supplier who can match your packaging standards, produce on a reliable schedule, and hit your cost targets.
You source branded merchandise for corporate programs, employee gifts, or trade show giveaways. We handle branded packaging, mixed SKU orders, and split-delivery schedules.
